At RescUAid, we are dedicated to processing and delivering your orders as efficiently as possible. Please review the details below to understand our shipping practices.

Order Processing

  • Processing Time: Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Business Days: Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

  • Possible Delays: During high-volume periods, processing times may be extended. If a significant delay occurs, we will notify you via email.

Shipping Options & Estimated Delivery

Standard Shipping

  • Cost: Calculated at checkout based on order weight and delivery address.

  • Estimated Delivery: 3–7 business days after order processing.

Expedited Shipping

  • Availability: Offered at an additional cost.

  • Estimated Delivery: 1–3 business days after processing.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

  • A shipment confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once your order has shipped.

  • Tracking information typically becomes available within 24 hours of shipment.

Shipping Destinations

  • Domestic Shipping: We ship to all U.S. addresses, including P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

  • International Shipping: Currently, RescUAid does not offer international shipping.

Shipping Charges

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are based on:

  • Shipping method selected

  • Package weight

  • Delivery destination

Taxes

  • U.S. Orders: Sales tax is applied in accordance with applicable state and local laws.

  • International Orders: Not applicable, as international shipping is not offered at this time.

Damaged or Lost Packages

  • Damaged Orders: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at hello@rescuaid.com with your order number and photos of the damaged item.

  • Lost Packages: If your shipment is lost in transit, contact our support team and we will initiate a claim with the carrier on your behalf.

Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 90-day return window with free return shipping for approved returns. Please see our Return Policy for eligibility and instructions.
